Households in Tayside, Fife and Angus can qualify for Energy Saving Grant Funding

Tayside, Fife and Angus free grants. Tenants, landlords and homeowners across Tayside, Fife and Angus can benefit from free government backed grants for insulation, solar panels, air source heat pumps and electric storage heating. 

This grant money has been used to improve the energy efficiency of privately owned and privately rented homes in the Tayside, Fife and Angus area and throughout Scotland.

The programme is meant to help the Scottish Government reach its 2030 goals by reducing fuel poverty and making homes more energy efficient.

Most of the cost of installation is covered by grants from the Scottish Government. But for some projects, the homeowner may have to make a contribution to cover the difference between the cost of installation and the amount of money that is available.

The Scottish Government grant is available to both people who live in their own homes and people who rent privately as well as landlords.

What are the benefits of this programme?
