Free ECO 4 funding for landlords in Scotland to improve the EPC of the property

Properties that can typically receive free ECO funding are ones which have an EPC rating of E, F or G. These properties meet the minimum requirements set out by Ofgem. This can be determined by a retrofit assessment which is a simple survey of your property.

Typical properties that qualify for renewables are rural properties that are currently supplied with LPG, oil, electricity or those with no heating at all. A retrofit assessor will undertake an assessment of the property to find this out.
